Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces frozen spinach (defrosted and chopped)
  • 10 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1.25 cup parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mozzarella
  • 2 ounces cream cheese 
  • 1/2 cup Mayo
  • 1/2 cup sour cream 
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 diced Roma tomato 
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.

Fold in cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper. 

Combine with artichokes and spinach.

Fold in Roma tomatoes.

Place in an 8×8 baking dish.
