You can use either canned corn, frozen corn or straight off the cobb- just measure out two cups and choose which ones you love the most.
If you don’t have heavy cream trying mixing 3/4 cup milk plus 1/3 cup butter or margarine for 1 cup of heavy cream.

Ingredients
- 2 cups corn
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp flour
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a skillet mix together corn, sugar, butter, salt, pepper, & heavy cream.
- Stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer 15 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally
- After corn is done simmering reduce heat to low and stir in flour.
- Cook five more minutes while stirring.
- Serve & enjoy!
