- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 4 tbsp butter
- salt
- pepper
- salted water
Instructions
Trim the ends off of the green beans
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil
Blanch green beans for 3-5 minutes, or until green and tender
Melt butter in skillet
Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds
Add in the beans and sautee
Season with salt and pepper
