What type of flour did you use?
I used Kamut flour, though you can use All Purpose or even bread flour. This is why there is a variation in the amount of flour you will use. In general, I find that with the use of Kamut flour, you tend to us less than with all purpose.
Can you make frozen dinner rolls in an Air Fryer?
Absolutely! We have this recipe right here that will teach you just that – Easy Rhodes Rolls in Air Fryer
Can rolls be cooked in the air fryer?
Well, I’ll let this picture speak for itself….
(That answer would be YES!)
What should I serve these with?
These would be great with soup, meat and potatoes, etc. However, they also make for great sandwiches or for slathering with butter or jam (this blueberry jam would be delightful with these rolls!)
Can I freeze these dinner rolls?
Yes, you can! They freezer wonderfully and reheat just as well.
How can I reheat these dinner rolls?
I usually just warm them up in the microwave for thirty seconds – wrapping them in damp paper towels can be helpful. However, you could also heat your oven to 350, wrap them in tin foil and place them on a baking sheet, and cook until warm for 10-15 minutes. Brushing them with melted butter will make them especially wonderful.
