Baking Brie with Puff Pastry
I am not someone who usually enjoys cheese.
Especially “fancy cheese”.
I’ve heard people talking about how much they LOVE baked brie – and how it’s the most delicious appetizer and side dish.
It just didn’t sound great to me. But last year we were in South Carolina for a beach trip with Forrest’s family, and my sister-in-law made one.
Something about it looked so delicious, so I decided to give it a try.
Yep. So good. I finally understand why everyone loved it.
Baked brie is a recipe that looks like it took you ages to make because it’s so fancy…but it’s one of the easiest recipes you can make.
This recipe has honey, cranberries, and almonds – perfect for an easy holiday side dish.
