Black Eyed Peas
Rinse black eyed peas and pick out any rocks
Turn Instant Pot to Saute, heat oil, and brown pork and bacon
1. Add diced onion, and cook until the diced onion is almost clear. 2. Add minced garlic, and cook for 1 minute. 3. Add collard greens.
1. Add water, chicken bouillon, black pepper, and bay leaves. Stir and mix everything together. 2. Add rinsed black eyed peas. 3. Put the lid on, and set to Manual, High for 40 minutes.
Allow to naturally release pressure for 7-10 minutes.
