Easy Jello Salad for the Holidays
Don’t you just love the holiday season? I absolutely LOVE Thanksgiving. Spending time with family and thinking about everything I’ve been blessed with makes me feel so good. Along with that, my favorite part of this special time is eating the traditional foods that are prepared during the season!
Along with the classic dishes and recipes, I like to experiment and try new things that may make it into the traditional menu. This easy Jello Salad recipe is one of those new dishes that I now make every year. Your family will love it too.
Can I make any changes to the recipe?
Absolutely! You can use any flavor of JELL-O that you would like! The canned cranberries add a delectable tartness to the sweetness of the JELL-O and creates a delicious flavor that screams Thanksgiving, but if you’re not a fan, you can add other canned fruits like blueberries.
Also, if you or your guests are allergic to nuts, feel free to leave them out of the recipe. The walnuts add a nice texture to the dish, but is not necessary.
