Can you freeze leftover cooked rice?
Yes. When stored in proper containers cooked rice will keep in the freezer for up to 6 months.
To reheat, add 2 tablespoons of liquid for each cup of rice; microwave or cook in a saucepan until heated through.

It was delicious with the consistency risotto. For it to be a fluffy rice, there is way too much liquid in it!
So much liquid! There’s something wrong with the ratio.
Hmmm, I’m sorry if you had trouble! We make this recipe all the time as written, and it turns out perfectly each time. You can certainly use less if yours ended up watery.
Would any of the instructions change if you were doubling this recipe?
