How Do I Slice a Watermelon?

There are many ways to cut a watermelon, but for this recipe, you’ll definitely want to slice your watermelon into thick pieces (just like a steak).

Then take one of those halves, face it red side down, and cut it in half.

  1. Turn the grill on to medium heat.
  2. Slice watermelon into 1″ thick slices.
  3. Sprinkle each side with a little bit of salt.
  4. Place on grill and grill for about five minutes per side.
