Easy Buffalo Dip with Chicken
This Buffalo Wing Dip is so delicious with chips or celery or anything else you want to add a spicy kick to! This easy side dish recipe can also be a halloween treat when you make it look like a carved pumpkin!
We’ve already shared how to make an Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip…so now we’re showing you how to make one in the oven.
This is a great side dish or appetizer for any party or get together, and it has amazing flavors. It’s low carb, and it can be paired with chips, crackers, or for a healthier option – celery!
How to make tangy buffalo wing dip
This recipe is so so easy to make! Just mix in all of the ingredients in a bowl, put it in the oven and it’s done! You have a great side dish or party snack that everyone will love and ask for seconds.
What makes this recipe even better is that it can be a fun Halloween-themed dish! Since the dip is orange from the cheddar cheese, you can make it look like a pumpkin! Just decorate it with blue tortilla chips and celery stalks and you’ve got the talking point of your next Halloween party!
What is buffalo sauce?
Buffalo sauce is basically like hot sauce, but with more of a tangy taste. It’s made of a cayenne pepper-based hot sauce, oil or butter, and vinegar. Most people eat this with chicken wings, but you can eat it with cauliflower, tacos or even in sandwiches for an extra kick. The sauce in this recipe makes this dip irresistible.
What can you eat with this recipe?
I think that this recipe works best with tortilla chips and celery, but you can use so much more! You can try some crackers like Ritz Crackers or Chicken in a Biskit crackers. Other vegetables can work too like carrots. Feel free to experiment and think outside the box!
How about leftovers?
I love leftovers! If you made too much and you have leftovers, stick it in the fridge! You can keep this in the fridge for up to 3-4 days before it starts going bad. Heat it up in the oven for a few minutes for the best taste and you’ll be good to go.

How spicy is this recipe?
You can choose between a medium or a hot buffalo sauce but if you are sensitive to spicy food, this one might be too much for you. But give it a shot! You might like it. If you really are not one for spicy food, then you can substitute the buffalo sauce with a barbecue sauce or another mild sauce.
