Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
- 10 ounces frozen spinach (defrosted and chopped)
- 10 ounces artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1.25 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup mozzarella
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayo
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 diced Roma tomato
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
Fold in cheese, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Combine with artichokes and spinach.
Fold in Roma tomatoes.
Place in an 8×8 baking dish.
Bake for about 30 minutes – or until bubbly
