Storage Instructions

This dish is best served hot, though leftovers can easily be reheated. It would be best if you stored leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator as soon as possible after eating – they will stay good for about three days.

We find that reheating them at half power results in better leftovers. You can top them with some fresh butter.

You can freeze mashed potatoes. Let them cool completely and then place them in an airtight container. Defrost at room temperature and then reheat in the oven.
