Salsa has never been easier – this easy blender salsa features all fresh ingredients (no cans). It tastes amazing with chips and salsa but also complements recipes nicely as well.
How to Make Salsa in a Blender
There are few foods I enjoy snacking on more than chips and salsa.
In fact, the primary reason I’ll select a Mexican restaurant is just to get the chips and salsa!
There’s just something so delicious about fresh-made salsa and tortilla chips.
You would think with how much I love salsa, I would make it more at home…but honestly, I don’t!
I searched around for different recipes that people recommended, and so many of them required canned tomatoes.
I’m totally NOT against canned anything – but sometimes, you just want something fresh.
Most of them also required a food processor – which I have…but I didn’t want to go dig through our boxes from our recent move to find it!
Because of that, I wanted to make an easy blender salsa I could make in just minutes.
So I decided to head to the store, grab a bunch of fresh ingredients, throw them in the blender, and see what happened.
You guys – it was SO good! My boys devoured it, it tasted great with chips and salsa, and it also tasted amazing in a crockpot taco soup I made.
If you are looking for a fresh tomato blender salsa – then look no further. We’ve got you covered.
I love that you don’t have to worry about cutting up the salsa too finely
One thing to keep in mind is that this is a very smooth salsa. If you are looking for something chunkier, you may be better off with another recipe. But this one is smooth, has a bit of spice to it, and it tastes great.
